We provide "Custom Cut and Crystal Clear" Ice Sculptures to Alabama events, as well as the Eastern part of Mississippi, the Columbus, GA area, and the western part of the Florida panhandle. Chef Dave specializes in the "Snowfill" technique for monograms, logos, and other design elements in a block of ice. I'm happy to share pictures for a specific need, and ready to "fire up the chainsaw!"
I am a Swiss-trained cook but have retired from food service. Carving actively since 1988. My clients are much cooler than I am, and I enjoy making them happy.
