I am a certified Executive Chef who has entertained dignitaries and many movie, music, and sports stars like Tom Cruise, Dustin Hoffman, Molly Ringwald, Tom Selleck, Pete Rose, Boomer Esiason, etc., as well as Anwar Sadat, Prime minister Margret Thatcher, Meinakgan Begin, Ambassador Bartholomew, President Clinton, etc. I have been an Ice Sculptor for 35 years doing a huge variety of sculptures and Ice Tunnels for weddings and parties. I have also catered/cooked foods from around the world and lived in Europe, the Caribbean and the United States and worked as the Executive Chef to the Ambassador of the United States in Madrid.
