Pricing: Typically with an open truck menu you will spend around $13 - $15 per person. We would still keep a running total for you, with a balance at the end of the event. We do have a weekend minimum of $1000 but no other fees other fees, as long as you are in the Denver metro area. This lets guest have a choice but still keeps your budget under control. And allows you to have the freshest catered food possible.
