Mansion on the Lake is a completely restored, beachfront home built in 1923 for an Ohio industrialist that is perfect for weddings or celebrations. There is direct access to a large, clean beach on Lake Erie, outdoor patio just remodeled, parking and so much more, located in a public park with trees, overlooking the beach.
We've been providing wedding rentals, but now, after 10 years, we've decided to focus on weddings and have organized all of the features brides want at a wedding that may be on a beach or indoors, if the weather is turns out to be not as ideal as planned.

Mansion on the Lake is a completely restored, beachfront home built in 1923 for an Ohio industrialist that is perfect for weddings or celebrations. Pricing: Our rates run about $40 for catering but can be or less depending upon amenities and options the bridal party elects. Facility costs are in the $500 to $700 range and are fixed by the city that owns the building and leases it to us.
