Owner/Sculptor Mark Crouthamel graduated with an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts (1990), a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Service Management & a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Service Education (both 1993). He is a member of the National Ice Carving Association.
