I was a Server for two years, a Staffing Coordinator (for two different Staffing companies) for two years. I know the business from the office/admin side, the worker/server side, and the owner side. All in all this has been ten years in the Catering/Event Staffing Industry.

Pricing: Event Captain:$30.00 per hour Servers, Bartenders, Skullery, Chef Assistants are $28.00 per hour. Full Chef $50.00 per hour. Gratuity of 20% will be added to entire bill. Catering depends if client selects meat, seafood, chicken, full meal or just appetizers and will be quoted on an event by event basis. Minimum guest count for Catering must be 100 guests.
