After graduating from Johnson & Wales I went on to become a world class pastry chef and winner of the World Cup in Luxemborg. Before moving to Maine, I was the Executive Pastry Chef at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs and was with several other hotels and resorts including The Waldorf in NYC.
