People should select me for one reason, professionalism. I pride myself on being a conscious and courteous gourmet chef. I look at raw ingredients like an artist looks at a palate of paint. I don�t just see tomatoes, onions or filet mignon. I see the endless possibilities that are available with those raw ingredients. My food is like my art, and nothing makes me happier than seeing people enjoy my food.
