About: I starting cooking in the late Seventies. I have ran my catering bussiness from the late nineties. Can cook a small party of 3 to a big event of 400
For catering I charge time and materials of a rate of $30 a hour. For personal cheffing $325 for five differnt entree with 5 portions and sides.
