About: Caustelot Creamery started in 2015 when my wife told me I wasn’t allowed to build an ice cream truck. I was determined to make my love of ice cream into a business where I made everyone love ice cream. I spent many hours experimenting until I created the best ice cream I had personally tasted in my entire life. At that point, I was proud to offer my creation to others to experience the smoothest, creamiest, and best ice cream they have ever tasted.
