Catering by Dani has been in business since June 2008 and has catered every type of event from small intimate dinner parties of 10-20 to large corporate functions for 700 and weddings for up to 350. We do an average of 60-70 events a year with an average number of guests being 150. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best food, service and pricing available in our industry. We offer traditional, ethnic and organic catering as well all inclusive packages for plated and buffet dinners.

Catering by Dani has been awarded by the Knot as Minnesotas top ten best caterer 2 years in a row. 2009 and 2010. As part of our effort to support our local farmers and community we purchase our food from local farmers and also donate our leftover food to local charity organizations and homeless shelters. We are making an honest effort to leave less of a carbon foot print than other caterers and take proper measures to reduce, reuse, and recycle as well as to give back to the community. We have done several charities events and volunteer work within the twin cities and pride ourselves in our effort to make every and any event the best event possible. We offer cocktail hours, heavy appetizers, picnic style meals, breakfast, brunch, box lunches, buffet, plated and family style dinners..
