I have been performing for over 14 years. I am a professional harpist. Every engagement is contracted, and professional. I have been playing for events since in my early teens. I have experience playing for weddings and all events. I have experience playing in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, Washington, DC and Latin America.

One of the most exciting and sought after young harpists in the Los Angeles area, Megan Sesma continues to garner numerous accolades to her credit. Her experience has placed her under the batons of some of music's greatest luminaries, including conductors ranging from Neeme Jarvi and Yuri Temerkinov to John Williams and Jerry Goldsmith. No less an innovator when it comes to the harp's expressive and stylistic possibilities, Ms. Sesma has also shared the stage with such legends of contemporary and popular music as Quincy Jones, Herbie Hancock, Diana Krall and Diana Reeves. Megan spent summer 2002 touring Russia and Armenia with the American Russian Young Artists Orchestra. She also recently won the new position as 1st harpist of the United States Coast Guard Band and will start her position with the Coast Guard in January 2003.

She is a graduate of the Eastman School of Music and served there as the harp studio teaching assistant. Ms. Sesma presently continues her masters degree here in Los Angeles at the University of Southern California on a graduate teaching assistantship..
