- Show all products/services availableWe are a non-profit fraternal organization and are a subordinate chapter of the Washington State Grange Association. We have been charted in the same building since 1949. Our Hall has 2 levels holding up to 250 persons with a large paved parking area. 3 bathrooms, commercial kitchen. Updated heating and air with new electrical service this year. Upper level has a built-in 15' x 18' raised stage and 80' x 30' refinished wooden dance floor. All seating and tables are provided.
About: We rent the Hall out to community service organizations for a reduced price and some non-profit venues can also rent the Hall for free. We rent mostly to community members for private parties and have been doing so for many years. Alcohol is allowed on the premises as long as Security is provided. Weekends NEED to be booked well in advance, at least 3 months notice!
Broadway Grange is a non-profit community service organization and we rent our hall at $300 each 'level' or $550 for the whole building for 24 hour periods.
