- Show all products/services availableThe Napa Valley musical group Quiet Nights is a sensitive Jazz and Latin duo of piano and softly played drums. Percussionist Steven Miller's custom drum set mixes Latin conga drums and percussion instruments with traditional traps and cymbals to compliment many musical styles. This gives the group amazing versatility, allowing jazz, classical themes, show tunes and romantic ballads to mix easily with Argentine Tangos, Cha-Chas, and Brazilian Sambas and Bossa Novas.
About: Professional pianist Carol Wilcoxson and percussionist Steven Miller have been working together as Quiet Nights for nearly a year. The group became instantly successful after its formation in October of 2010, booking seventeen engagements in the month of December alone, and has been busy ever since. Their first CD is in the process of being recorded for release at Christmas, 2011.
Our standard QN fee is $100 per hour of music. We also charge a modest travel premium for venues more than 15 miles away, graduated by distance. This basically just covers gas and tolls.
