There are a lot of myths about Food Safety, which I can dismantle. Food Safety is a growing concern in our country today and it is very important that anyone who has a job role in preparing, cooking or serving food to the public, has a general knowledge of what pathogens are and how they get into our food supply.
About: I have been teaching Food Safety for approximately 3 years. I currently teach the Louisiana required Certified Food Protection (CFP) Managers certificate. I am certified through National Restaurant Association as well as the State of Louisiana. I, also, teach safety classes that are required by OSHA to work in the oil and gas industry.
It will depend on the time, but for basics minimum is $300.
