Owner Dennis was introduced to the kitchen by his aunt—an original foodie and a culinary arts teacher at a vocational school in Kingston. He was an eager apprentice, acquiring hands on kitchen experience by helping her with all aspects of food preparation. By his early teens, he was creating his own delicious recipes. This early experience, along with his innate passion for great tasting and wholesome food, inspired him to create a line of marinades and seasonings that are distinctly Jamaican.
