When you register in our database as a vendor or business, you can pick either to sign up for leads and be in our directory in front of over 700 event planners and thousands of clients per month visiting our site looking for vendors
OR during your registration you can just be a sub-contractor, no listing on our site, no leads other than us contacting you about quotes and we mark-up to the client. Note that we only book 5% this way if you sign up for this option (The other 95% of the jobs are customers referred to you through lead system) As subcontractor we do post your company name and information on our websites to promote you but we list our contact information.

Basic listing is *Free (subject to availability, approval, and quality approval of your company)
*If you book something while on the free, basic listing, then you simply pay us 5-20% commission (amount of % is up to you)
If you do not want to pay commission, then call us for rates and we'll give you a good introductory rate
Commissions are optional for Registered 501-C3 Non-profit organizations (churches, charities)

We work with fortune 500 clients world-wide and some of the most prestigious events are put together by the vendors on this website including the Emmy Awards, Presidential Elections, City Festivals and Events, Major Concert Events, Major Sporting Finals, Military Events, Olympics and other events around the world.

Basic Listing: Free, one-line company name listing, on our website (subject to space availability and quality of company review). In this category, you will probably get a few customer leads by email and if you book one, you agree to pay a 5 to 20 percent referral fee back to All Time Favorites. Hey, not even the Yellow Pages won't let you advertise free and pay only when you book something. Commission not required if you are a registered non-profit. If you do not contact any clients and just want to see what is coming in for leads, sign up. If you do not agree to the referral fee back to All Time Favorites then you can list just as a sub-contractor without a listing on the website but after you sign up, you will need to notify us to change to sub-contractor only.
It is suggested (but not required) to link back to our site to be considered for a basic listing.

Advertiser Listing: Paid. You pay to have your listing above all the Basic Listings and get a link to your website and a sales message under your company name in the products/services that you offer in the cities that you serve. Rates vary starting from $10/month. We send you leads by phone and email that match what customer request through our website. No per-lead fees. It is suggested to link back to our site to get a better rank on our website.
Sign up for the Basic listing first, then request advertising rates (we offer great introductory rates to show you this works!)

Revenue Share Option: We setup a web page for you and and e-mail form and you field the leads from that giving us a % (worked out between our company and yours) back to us on booked events. Sign up for the basic listing and then contact us to show you what to put on the revenue share web page.

Sub-contractor Option: Free. All vendors are included in this option to work under All Time Favorites as a sub-contractor at our larger events (over 5,000 people and usually over $100,000). Vendors on our system will be notified of requests for pricing/availability and will need to qualify at that time as a sub-contractor under All Time Favorites. Sign up for the basic listing first and you will automatically be included in this option.

Other member benefits: Special discounts on insurance, business-to-business products/services, printing supplies, books, discounts on sales training and consulting, website design, and office supplies. These discounts are only for members of All Time Favorites.

Donation Requirement: We do require that all vendors discount some portion of their products/services to charities of their choice, every year, as volunteering and helping the less fortunate is a requirement to list with All Time Favorites.
