Favorites

By accepting customers by phone and email, and registering
your business with All Time Favorites
you agree to these
Terms of Service/Terms of Agreement
1. Commissions/Finders Fee back to All Time Favorites:
Customer inquiries "LEADS" can come to you by email, mail, fax, or
phone calls from the client direct from a listing of
your business on our website or family of websites.
If you are a vendor who is a non-profit organization.
1. Leads are FREE. Directory listing on our site is
FREE (placement is subject to space available)
2. Please just refer us to your clients as much as
possible to our website www.alltimefavorites.com if
you are allowed to
3. Referral Commissions are optional (but requested)
4. Donation "receipt" required to us for our tax
records for the amount of advertising we are donating to you.
For
all other vendors on our system, read our advertising
terms here regarding sending us commissions during your free trial and after
you are a paying advertiser.
This document does not apply if another terms of agreement for
participating, listing and/or advertising on this website is signed by both
parties and states clearly that it is the only agreement in place between the
two parties.
Quality of listings terms

If we find violations where you book customers and do not send a commission, we
can assess a 20% fee on the total selling price of the products/services you
sold to the client for that event that came from All Time Favorites.
2. Any other use of our leads or lead data (customer information or event
information)
is PROHIBITED except for the use of you
booking yourself or your vendors on the job.
You agree not to forward this lead to a third party
(that you do not book under your contract) without approval from All
Time Favorites. For example: If you bake cakes for
weddings and you are booked on a date a client is requesting, then you CAN NOT
refer it to a friend you know who might be open. You can however suggest
that they sign up with us to get more business. Posting any data from leads in
any public forum is prohibited or to any other lead referral service.
4. These terms of service can change. Please visit this site at least
monthly to review the latest terms.
5. Cross-Selling. You may not suggest other services that the client
has not requested unless it makes up a short few sentences along with your
current pitch relating exactly to what the client is requesting. Example:
If the client wants a wedding dress, you can include a few sentences in the same
email pitch to them about a few other services RELATED to their type of event
like headpieces and accessories.
6. You may not give these leads to other vendors without them
understanding they need to sign up with us and request the lead directly so that
commissions can be tracked.
7. You may not use requests into our system for populating any other
Internet site with our vendors or solicit our vendors to sign up on your
directory or similar lead referral system. The data here is proprietary
and for restricted use only, limitations apply.

. Be nice and respect us along with others. You agree not to badmouth, slam, or communicate by voice, in writing, or
in any Internet forums, chat room, negative or FALSE and/or including
misleading information about All Time Favorites or our subsidiaries, other
vendors in the events industry, or it may result in your company being de-listed, terminated,
WITHOUT REFUND, from our directory and lead referral system.
This includes other merchants/vendors serving the events industry that you may
come into contact with when you hire them, network with them or compete against
them. We want good business between all in the event industry and anyone
not doing that may be terminated from this system. There is no need to
take your complaint to anyone other than us is what we are saying. Posting
in an Internet forum any false statements about All Time Favorites may incur
penalties of up to $500 or more per posting. You also agree to be
nice and respect others in the industry including all staff at All Time
Favorites. Any vendor with a bad attitude towards All Time Favorites or
clients, will probably be terminated as we can only guess that you treat
customers the same way.

10. False information on your website such as associations that you are a part of or similar claims that are not supported or just plain false will, in almost all cases, get you terminated from this system.
11. As long as you keep your account active, we can email you requests from clients, automated emails from our computers telling you about your account and any updates that are needed, and other notices such as benefit events and community-oriented help needed (like hurricane relief requests as needed). If you wish not to receive all these notices, you will need to terminate your account as we strongly believe in helping local communities and giving back to them in times of need.
12. We can terminate your account (at our discretion) due
to negative feedback from clients, negative public information, or from other
vendors/merchants in the industry.
13. AOL emails will only be allowed on your account if you are a paying
advertiser due to too many vendors "accidentally" hitting the "spam" button.
New members are stopped from signing up with AOL addresses due to this abuse.
14. These terms subject to change. You agree to check our website at least monthly for any changes and terminate your account if you do not agree with any of our terms.
15. By listing your company and doing business with All Time Favorites, we have the right to list your company on our website and other sites we own to help promote you along with marketing reasons. You can ask to remove your company from our listings but it is up to the search engines to remove our listings from their cached data or old indexes. It may take up to a few months to remove your listing from all our websites. We are not responsible for sometimes technical errors known or not known on our site.
16. You agree to respond timely to "direct email leads" (says in the subject line of emails) from clients trying to reach your company specifically. Timely is within 4 days at the most. Your account will be terminated and those clients given to your competitors if you fail to respond to those leads. We just do not want you to miss customers is why we are tough on this rule. "New inquiry" type leads should be responded to to keep your account active also.
17. We can edit the information you submit
We can edit items, including but not limited to, sales pitch, pricing pitch,
company name, phone number, cities you service and product/service categories to
make your listing more accurate and clearer such as phone numbers fixed from
5323329933 to 532-332-9933 and misspellings within sales pitches, also company
name that does not match the registered company name we correct to the
registered name, sales pitches that say you are #1 without proof we will remove
the #1 from it. We can also re-crop and touch-up photos submitted.
We are not responsible for errors in our editing of your information. We
suggest you regularly request monthly your account information to make sure it
is accurate and up-to-date.
18. Non-payment of a required commission. If you fail to
pay a commission minimum of 5% on the gross selling price of what you sold to a
client from one of our leads or a client referred to you from our network of
websites, then we can take you to court if you fail to pay. You agree to
pay all court costs and collections fees should we win the case. Giving
the lead to a third party not under contract from you does not absolve you from
the required 5% commission minimum. Giving the lead to a third party not
under contract by you is not allowed.
19. Non-payment of advertising fees. Advertising fees are on
an auto-renewing term with All Time Favorites. If your credit card on file
is expired and you continue to use the system without paying for the leads or
receive hits from our site to yours based on our web logs, you are still liable
for payment to us. We can charge you up to your state law maximum interest
rate for collection costs for late payments including court fees. If you
agreed to pay by check and fail to send in your check but still use the system
for leads and receive hits to your website from us based on our web logs, we can
take you to court for what you owe us. Termination of your account is easy
(see section 20 below). Upon proper termination we will stop billing you
immediately but you are responsible for past due payments within 30 days.
20. Termination of advertising or your account:
Termination of advertising is
ONLY done by one of these two options ONLY:
a. Logging into your account and choosing
termination option and saving the email receipt you get back from our system
confirming it.
Please call us if you have not received your receipt (check your junk email
first)
or
b. Sending us a registered, return-receipt letter
requesting to terminate your account and your signature to All Time Favorites PO

Termination is not acceptable by phone or email.
21. Lead Information: Leads and referrals from All Time Favorites and our websites may not always be real customers as sometimes vendors put leads in that are not true (testing our lead system is prohibited), customers may put fraudulent requests in, and people who are attempting to get money out of you through cashiers check scams are a part of every lead or directory like ours on the Internet. It is up to you, the vendor to determine if you wish to engage into business with any client from our system. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the use or inability to use leads or customers referred from this system.
22. Conversations, leads and proprietary information between All Time Favorites and Vendors are not allowed to be publicly posted anywhere or given to any third party without written permission from All Time Favorites.
23. Using any of our content from our website, phone conversations, voicemails, emails, client information, event information for any use except your internal use to work on those events while active and approved under our system, is prohibited. Posting publicly any of that information is a breach of confidential and proprietary information that we made available to you. Sharing any of our statistics, web server hits, traffic counts, lead information, sources with any third party outside your company is prohibited as you are not allowed to share that proprietary and confidential information.
24. Attempting to contact a client by calling the facility where they are having the event without our system giving you their contact name / phone # is prohibited.
25. We have the right to post your company and our reviews along with customer reviews of service received from your company along with email or voicemail communications with you to the public Internet even when you are active or not with our company. This is to show visitors using our site what people thought of your company.
26. This site uses a tool which collects your requests
for pages and passes elements of them to search engines to assist them in
indexing this site. We control the configuration of the tool and are responsible
for any information sent to the search engines
