About: Our main disc jockey, Christopher Knapp, has been working in the music field since 1994. He began by learning to read and play instrumental music, specifically the trumpet. Since this classical start, he has gone on to receive formal and informal training. He started DJing in 1997 as a hobby, providing entertainment at friend and family functions. In 1999, he spent most of the year working as a car audio installer. Then in 2000, he received formal training in broadcast media at the Defense Information School (DINFOS).
DINFOS provided Chris with more than just radio media training; he also received training in voice, television and public affairs. After graduating at the top of his class, he went on to spend the last three years backing his education with real world experience in every field of study.
