We are the premier food catering service in Austin, TX that specializes in distinctive and heady Jamaican Jerk flavor. Unlike other Caribbean food service establishments, we limit ourselves to a very short menu, concentrating on our specialty offerings like Jerk pork, chicken, fish, and vegetables. We use our special small batch hand crafted Jerk marinade in the preparation of all our dishes. We have also very experienced in roasting whole animals like pigs, goats, and venison with our patented roaster that always wows customers and their guests.

Jamaican Jerk Food as we are called today, started in 1994 with a small Jamaican restaurant in Santa Monica, California, and orchestrated numerous large-scale catering engagements for wine pickup parties, brewery opening and pig roast events. Owner Dennis was introduced to the kitchen by his aunt—an original foodie and a culinary arts teacher at a vocational school in Kingston. He was an eager apprentice, acquiring hands on kitchen experience by helping her with all aspects of food preparation. By his early teens, he was creating his own delicious recipes. This early experience, along with his innate passion for great tasting and wholesome food, inspired him to create a line of marinades and seasonings that are distinctly Jamaican..
