Surrounding gardens allow more room for tents, outdoor activities, and space. Mayrsville House is across the street and provide great drinks.

Restoration of these stone buildings began in 2004. Care has been taken throughout the restoration process to bring it back to as much historic luster as possible. The ceiling tiles in one building are the original tiles from the property. The other building has ceiling tiles that are identical to the originals. The buildings started out as a general store and are remembered most for the later use as the Cotton Club Saloon and Dance Hall..
