About: Over 24 years full-time service in the hospitality industry (private caterers and hotels), including 10 years with Marriott hotels/suites/resorts as a Director of Catering. CMP certified by the Convention Indusatry Council.
10% fee, based on services handled on behalf of client. Will work on commission basis (from vendors) if client does not want to incur out-of-pocket expenses.
