About: After 10 years on the corner of Routh Street and Cedar Springs (originally named, Perrys but forced to change its name in 2009), Place at Perrys has begun its next decade in a new home just one block north on Cedar Springs in the Gables Villa Rosa building, 2680 Cedar Springs Road. While the Place at Perrys will preserve its tantalizing flavors and exceptional guest service, the new location is much brighter with plenty of windows, soaring ceilings and a beautiful wrap around patio that will seat over 100 Its now very much a Modern Day Steak House .
