There is direct access to a large, clean beach on Lake Erie, outdoor patio just remodeled, parking and so much more, located in a public park with trees, overlooking the beach.
About: We've been providing wedding rentals, but now, after 10 years, we've decided to focus on weddings and have organized all of the features brides want at a wedding that may be on a beach or indoors, if the weather is turns out to be not as ideal as planned.
Our rates run about $40 for catering but can be or less depending upon amenities and options the bridal party elects. Facility costs are in the $500 to $700 range and are fixed by the city that owns the building and leases it to us.
