About: We are a new company that has been registered in Albuquerque, NM since April 8, 2002. We are a married couple with reputations for excellence--although our company is fairly new, we've gained management & cooking experience, as well as formal culinary training in Albuquerque. We have also been teaching cooking classes at National Restaurant Supply Co. in Albuquerque since July 2002.
