There are a lot of myths about Food Safety, which I can dismantle. Food Safety is a growing concern in our country today and it is very important that anyone who has a job role in preparing, cooking or serving food to the public, has a general knowledge of what pathogens are and how they get into our food supply.

I have been teaching Food Safety for approximately 3 years. I currently teach the Louisiana required Certified Food Protection (CFP) Managers certificate. I am certified through National Restaurant Association as well as the State of Louisiana. I, also, teach safety classes that are required by OSHA to work in the oil and gas industry.
